AMAZING! I recommend booking all the tours you want to do in Cartagena through Kalaoz! The tours themselves were fantastic, the perfect mix of relaxing and fun, and everything was very well organized. But what really made the experience was the people. Every staff member we interacted with, from the tour guides to the customer service team who helped us through the entire booking process and answered all of our questions, was so incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone was so, so lovely and made the whole experience that much better!
