Kalaoz
This Privacy Policy describes how Kalaoz collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a booking on our website (the “Site”).
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the pages or services you view, which websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with it. We call this “Device Information”.

When this Privacy Policy refers to “Personal Information”, it means both Device Information and Booking Information.
We use Booking Information to process the bookings made on the Site — including processing your payment details, coordinating the experience and issuing confirmations. We also:

We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us deliver the service: technology providers that run the Site and process payments securely, and the local operators who run each experience. When you make a booking through the Site, we keep your Booking Information for our records unless you ask us to delete it.
The Site shows videos from our channel using YouTube API Services. The Site does not ask you to sign in with Google and does not access your YouTube account.
Kalaoz also uses YouTube API Services to publish its own videos on its channel. Only Kalaoz's own Google account is used for this; no other person's account or data is accessed.
By watching YouTube videos on the Site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy.
What we store: only public data about the videos on our own channel (ID, title and thumbnail) so we can show them on each tour page. We do not store data from visitors' YouTube or Google accounts, and we do not sell or share the data we get from YouTube with third parties.
Cookies: the YouTube player embedded on the Site may store or read cookies and similar data on your device, under the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access and deleting data: if you ever allow Kalaoz to use your Google account, you can revoke that access at any time on Google's security settings page. If you do, or if you write to us at kalaoz.com@gmail.com, we delete the data obtained through that access within 7 days at most.
Kalaoz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to correct it, update it or ask us to delete it. To exercise that right, contact us.
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
